All exhibitors need to fill in or improve relevant information of products as required. The exhibition takes the classification standard of agricultural machinery products as the main line and the policy orientation of agriculture, rural areas and farmers as the theme to set up exhibition areas, including product service functions, service objects and key agricultural projects. The declaration distribution system will continue to be implemented for booth distribution. See Annex 1 for details. In order to realize online supply and demand docking in daily work of all units, this year I will launch a public welfare open "agricultural machinery bank" platform based on agricultural machinery product database. The platform will integrate production, sales, use, maintenance, scientific research, technology, subsidy data, market analysis, consulting services and other industry information. Please upload detailed product information or service information at any time and update and maintain it in a timely manner. See Annex 2 for details. The specific declaration and distribution are as follows. 

1、 Registration and landing 1. First registration and landing on the official website of International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition (Domain Name: www.camf.com.cn ）Register and log in. 2. The existing account is logged into the official website of International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition using mobile phone number, user name and password; after scanning the QR code and binding, log in. After registration and login, enter "my application center" to continue to complete the corresponding information filling. 

2、 Application and distribution process 1. Log in to my application center and fill in: personal information, unit information, product or service information, three items (required). After filling in and submitting, the organizer will review the information filled in, and inform the contact person of the exhibition booking through SMS after the review is correct, so as to carry out the next process of declaration. 2. I want to participate in the exhibition

 (1) fill in: contact information, billing information, and two (required) information filled in by the organizer. After the information is verified correct, I will notify the contact person of the exhibition by SMS, and then declare the next process. 

(2) Fill in: select the products (required) to participate in the exhibition and select the products from the product information, "International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition" official website and "agricultural machinery bank" platform to display synchronously.

 (3) Fill in: the first, second and third products and the exhibition area of the products shall be selected for the application booth (required). (the organizer will give priority to the first product distribution exhibition area). Choose the location of exhibition area, indoor clean land, indoor standard booth and outdoor clean land. Fill in the real display area and quantity. 

(4) Selection: advertising declaration (optional) please choose according to the unit's own needs. 

3. Booth allocation

 (1) after filling in the declaration booth, the organizer will allocate the booth according to the declaration information and generate the exhibition agreement. After the agreement is generated, the system will send a mobile message to the contact person for booking.

 (2) Distribution principle: according to the scores of "Exhibitor credit evaluation system" and the scores of "punishment standard for exhibitor and builder's violation", as well as the conditions of exhibiting times, scale and industry popularity of the units over the years, the organizer will distribute successively in combination with the batch of the unit's Application time and the product distribution plan of the exhibition area. 

4. Download / upload the exhibition agreement, the remittance receipt, read the integrity contract and the letter of commitment for civilized participation, and then download / upload the exhibition agreement and the remittance receipt. After the completion of filling, the organizer shall verify the information according to the filling, and notify the contact person of the exhibition booking through SMS after confirmation, so as to complete the declaration process of the exhibition. 5. Fill in the information: staff, truck information, exhibition information confirmation. 

(1) Staff information and truck information can be filled in one by one, or the system can be forwarded to provide QR code to the corresponding personnel for filling in the mobile terminal. 

(2) The exhibition implements the "certificate management system", matches a certain number of "Exhibitor cards" according to the exhibition area confirmed by the exhibitor. If the number of certificates is insufficient, it needs to fill in online and make payment through "wechat payment", and wear "Exhibitor card" to enter the exhibition period and exhibition period. For non unit exhibition staff, please log in "I want to visit" on the official website of "International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition" or "my certificate" on the platform of "agricultural machinery bank" under the official wechat of "International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition" to register for visiting and obtain the "electronic visit certificate" during the exhibition period.

The platform mainly serves manufacturers, distributors, agricultural producers and other relevant units and individuals. 1、 Platform function: the platform will comprehensively promote agricultural machinery products of various units to domestic and foreign markets on the Internet. Customers can find the required products according to the links and production objects of planting and breeding, and directly contact agricultural machinery units through the unit phone on the web page. This year, we will continue to upgrade the rich content of the platform and launch a variety of online business docking activities (see the follow-up notice for details). Two, the online display position: all units that are actively reported will be displayed in the "agricultural machinery line" platform (WeChat agricultural official account "CIAME" of the "agricultural machinery line" button). 3、 Form of unit participation: product display comes from information filled in by manufacturers and distributors themselves. In addition, dealers can fill in maintenance and other related services. Agricultural producers can also fill in agricultural products and production scale for subsequent supply and demand matching. Please pay attention to update and maintain the product information in time.
