On April 7, 2021 national agricultural machinery and parts exhibition opened in Zhumadian. Mao Hong, President of China Agricultural machinery circulation association, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech, announcing that 2021 China International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition will be held in China Railway Qingdao World Expo City from October 26 to 28, 2021.

In his speech, Mao Hong, on behalf of the three associations, also expressed his gratitude to the agricultural machinery industry for its attention and participation in China International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition in 2020, and to the Qingdao Municipal People's government and the West Coast New Area Management Committee for their strong support for the exhibition, which made China International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition 2020 the "only" safe and smooth international agricultural machinery exhibition in the world that year.
