From July 15 to 16, the second summit of leaders of multinational corporations in Qingdao will be held in the China Railway World Expo City. The guest lineup of this summit will be stronger, and the activities forum, investment promotion docking and exhibition content will be upgraded. At present, preparations for the summit are ready.

With the support of the world intellectual property organization, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and other international organizations and institutions, the summit has set up closed door meetings, theme salons, sub forums, multinational company roadshows, urban roadshows and exchange docking activities, project signing activities and other links, and will publish a research report on "multinational companies in China: new pattern breeds new opportunities", This paper comprehensively reviews the role of transnational corporations in the construction of a new dual cycle development pattern, as well as the new opportunities provided by the new development pattern for the growth of transnational corporations.

As of July 7, 543 guests from domestic and foreign enterprises and 150 observers have decided to participate offline in the second Qingdao summit of multinational company leaders, and 5818 guests have registered to participate online. Among them, 158 enterprises participated in the world top 500.

267 multinational companies from 31 foreign countries and regions signed up for offline participation, with 336 guests. Among them, there are 125 top 500 enterprises in the world and 142 leading enterprises in the industry.

207 senior executives from 179 multinational companies signed up for offline participation. Among them, there are 33 world top 500 enterprises and 146 industry leading enterprises.

During the summit, the 2021 new kinetic energy Qingdao exhibition and conference will be held simultaneously from July 15 to 17 to fully display Shandong's industrial advantages and development opportunities, the achievements of global multinational companies actively participating in the transformation of new and old kinetic energy under the new development pattern, and the latest product technology of leading enterprises in domestic and foreign industries.
