The Expo City International Conference Center is a complex of assembly rooms, offices, hotels, parking buildings, boutique pavilions and other functional areas. It is also a permanent meeting site of the East Asian Marine cooperation platform and an important platform for promoting economic, cultural, scientific and technological exchanges between China and East Asian countries.

The overall design of the conference center highlights the marine characteristics, adopts the ribbon layout, and introduces the streamline element of waves in the facade modeling, implying the northern starting point of the maritime "Silk Road".

The conference center has a total construction area of 132000 square meters and a conference functional area of 36000 square meters. It is designed with high quality, all-round and reasonable layout. All venues are equipped with world-class audio-visual and multimedia facilities. It can undertake VIP reception, large-scale conferences, multilateral talks, press release special forums, high-end banquets, celebrations and private gatherings.
