On November 20, Liu Yuyong, deputy director of Qingdao Municipal Bureau of housing and urban rural development, introduced when visiting "travel online". On November 19, the list of Luban Award, the highest award of China's engineering quality, was announced. Four projects of Qingdao were selected, ranking the first among the sub provincial cities, accounting for half of the award-winning projects of Shandong Province.

The award winning projects in Qingdao are: outpatient and inpatient building project of the second phase of the east hospital project of the municipal hospital, Qingdao International Conference Center project, China Railway Qingdao World Expo City Conference Center complex project on the west coast, and Mai island residential area reconstruction C1 area project.

Liu Yuyong introduced that there are 120 Luban awards nationwide (including 92 house buildings, other projects include municipal, garden, electric power, water conservancy, transportation, etc.), and 8 projects in Shandong Province.

In recent years, Qingdao housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau has paid special attention to the improvement of the quality of construction projects. This year, 9 projects won the "national high quality project award", 29 projects won the "Taishan Cup" award, and 54 projects won the "Shandong high quality structure" project.
